Compounding Your Bad Attitude

We all deal with it – just when we learn to address one thing, something else needs attention. There could be a physical reason for what you’re experiencing but it also might be psychological.  The mind and body are connected – you’re going to find what you’re looking for.

In other words – if you tell yourself that you can’t deal with a situation or you have tried but give up on something new, you’re going to be right.  Similarly, if you ask yourself “when will this constant barrage of problems end?,” your essentially reminding yourself to continuously look for them.

Conversely – if you ask yourself the right questions and make those desirables your “MO” (modus operandi), you’ll be much more likely to succeed!
